PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE FUR4 WEBSITE ("PLATFORM").
This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and FUR4 LLC ("FUR4," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your access and use of the FUR4 website located at https://fur4.com and all associated subdomains ("Site"), including any services, tools, content, and products made available through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site.
FUR4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

The Site may include links or integrations with third-party services. FUR4 is not responsible for the content, services, or availability of those third-party services and does not endorse or assume liability for them.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FUR4 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FUR4 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FUR4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Site.
FUR4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to FUR4 or other users.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
FUR4 may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
