Return Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied, return the tool undamaged in its original packaging with proof-of-purchase within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. We want you and your pet to love FUR4. If something isn’t right, you can initiate a return in seconds through your account with no back-and-forth.
Self-Service Returns
To start a return:
- Log in to your FUR4 account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Request a Return
- Choose the reason and confirm
- Your return label is generated instantly and you can print it or download it
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
- Items should be returned in original condition and with all included components.
- If an item is not eligible for return (e.g., certain hygiene-related items), it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request through your account as above and include a photo/video if prompted. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after the return is received (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).
Exchanges
If you’d like a replacement, the fastest method is usually to place a new order and process the original as a return. If you need help, contact support.
