Referral Policy

Welcome to the FUR4 Referral & Partner Program. This program is designed to reward individuals who promote FUR4 products through referrals, content, relationships, or other marketing efforts.

By participating, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older
Participants must have an active FUR4 account or approved partner status
FUR4 may approve or deny participation at its discretion

Program Overview

FUR4’s program is flexible and may include:

Referral links or codes
Affiliate-style promotion
Influencer or content-based promotion
Direct relationship-based referrals

Participants may be compensated based on performance and agreed terms.

Compensation

FUR4 may compensate participants in one or more of the following ways:

Cash payments, including 1099 contractor payments where applicable
Discounts on products
Free products or samples
Store credit or account balance
Custom agreements for high-volume partners

Compensation structure may vary by participant and is not fixed.

Account Balances and Withdrawals

Referral or partner earnings may accumulate as an account balance before withdrawal.

Withdrawal eligibility is subject to the following:

Funds must remain in the account for at least 60 days after the related sale to allow time for chargebacks, cancellations, returns, and refunds
A participant must maintain have a $30 dollar account balance before withdrawal is permitted
FUR4 may delay, offset, reduce, or reverse balances where refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, fraudulent activity, or other adjustments apply
FUR4 may establish minimum withdrawal amounts and payment processing requirements at its discretion

Only cleared and eligible funds are available for withdrawal.

Payout Terms

Rewards or payments are issued only after qualifying purchases are completed, verified, and cleared under the timing rules above
Payment timing may vary depending on payout method, including cash, discount, credit, or custom agreement terms
For cash payments, participants may be required to submit appropriate tax documentation, including a W-9 for 1099 reporting in the United States

Program Flexibility

This program is not a standard public referral program. FUR4 may:

Adjust compensation structures at any time
Offer custom deals to specific partners
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the program without notice

Acceptable Use

Participants may promote FUR4 through:

Personal networks
Social media
Email or direct outreach
Content they own or control

Participants may not:

Misrepresent FUR4 products
Engage in spam or deceptive practices
Impersonate FUR4 or act as an official representative without approval

Compliance

Participants are responsible for:

Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Making any required partnership or sponsored-content disclosures
Ensuring promotional content is truthful and not misleading

Termination

FUR4 reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate participation at any time
Withhold, reduce, or reverse rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, policy violations, excessive refunds, chargebacks, or other misuse of the program

Limitation of Liability

FUR4 is not responsible for:

Technical issues, tracking errors, or system interruptions
Lost or untracked referrals
Delays caused by payout verification, tax review, chargeback review, or fraud screening
Any indirect or incidental damages related to participation
