Welcome to FUR4’s Referral Program! We appreciate your interest in spreading the word about our products and services. This Referral Program Policy ("Policy") governs your participation in our Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Participants must have an active account with FUR4.
- Employees of FUR4 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How the Program Works
- Referral Code: Upon joining the Program, you will be provided with a unique referral code/link.
- Referring: Share your referral code/link with friends, family, and acquaintances who have not previously made a purchase on FUR4.
- Rewards: For each new customer who makes a purchase using your referral code/link, you (the "Referrer") and the new customer (the "Referee") will receive rewards as specified in the current Program details on our website.
Program Details
- Rewards are credited to both the Referrer and Referee’s FUR4 account within 30 days of the Referee's first successful purchase.
- Referees must make a purchase above a minimum value (specified in the Program details) for the referral to qualify.
- Referral rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. Current reward details can be found on our Program page.
Restrictions
- Referral codes/links must be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This means you can share your referral link with your personal connections via social media, email, or personal blogs where you are the primary content owner.
- Public distribution on sites where you are not the primary content owner (coupon websites, Reddit, Wikipedia) is not allowed.
- Referral codes/links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites or forums).
- FUR4 reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program at its discretion if the participant is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program, to be acting in violation of this Policy or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Termination and Changes
- FUR4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
- We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
FUR4 is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
